I am a Community Onboarder and Process Specialist with over two years' experience designing onboarding and recruitment processes for Web3 communities. I focus on clear, easy-to-follow processes and effective documentation to help new members integrate quickly.

At SingularityNET Ambassador Program I planned and designed an onboarding process, delivered documentation training, and provided ongoing onboarding support to community members. Those efforts improved clarity and reduced friction for new contributors.

At Deep Funding I conducted user testing on a proposal platform, iterated onboarding flows based on real user feedback, and designed activities and communication strategies to boost participation and retention. I also improved application, evaluation, and integration procedures for staff and circle members.
