I am a Customer Onboarding and Support Specialist with over 3years' experience designing onboarding, recruitment processes, and chat support for Web3 communities. I focus on clear, easy-to-follow processes and effective documentation to help new and recurring users and integrate quickly.

At the SingularityNET Ambassador Program, I planned and designed an onboarding process, delivered documentation training, and provided ongoing support to community members and all-around users. I handled requests including account issues, transaction troubleshooting, onboarding guidance, product education, and complaint or escalation resolution.

At Deep Funding, I conducted user testing on a proposal platform, iterated onboarding flows based on real user feedback, and designed activities and communication strategies to boost participation and retention by 50%.
