At Expert Hub Solutions, I was promoted from QA Intern to a paid QA Tester role. I test website features and turn business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria into test scenarios and cases.

On GetCare, I tested patient and doctor workflows on a healthcare platform, including booking consultations and making payments. I reported defects with reproduction steps and evidence, then retested fixes and affected workflows.

I also tested House Explorer and a multi-platform web and mobile application, checking user workflows, integrations, and data consistency. I documented defects and contributed test plans, user manuals, user flows, and a final test summary report.
