I created and executed test cases for positive, negative, boundary, and end-to-end scenarios. I documented defects with reproduction steps and expected and actual results, then retested fixes and checked existing functionality.
I used Chrome DevTools to investigate application behaviour, permissions, and network responses. In client service and operations roles at Ascend Law, Hoydoon, Ultimate Vibrant Realtor Group, and Esplora Travels, I handled customer workflows, documentation, and issue resolution.
