At WHEN in Athens, I analyzed impact reports and survey data, proposed a KPI framework and retention strategy adopted into reporting, and benchmarked 17 European organizations to inform development strategy.
I also cultivated partnerships with 13 Greek organizations, evaluated mentor-network fit and availability, and supported a website redesign and organizational rebrand through research and digital improvements.
As Head Photo Editor at The Daily Princetonian, I built outreach and retention strategies that increased regular meeting attendance by roughly 50 to 100 percent. I created leadership roles, standardized workflows through a section handbook, and collaborated with legal counsel on privacy, copyright, attribution, and conflict-of-interest policies.
