What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and support practical software and IT systems where I can combine full-stack development, infrastructure support, automation, and direct user feedback.

I designed and deployed a full-stack practitioner management system for the Traditional Medical Practitioners Council of Zimbabwe, digitizing paper workflows across four government offices and serving 500+ registered users. I built its Python and Flask backend, RESTful APIs, and centralized SQL database.

I've also reduced network downtime by 90%, managed user access and Level 1/2 support, and delivered Flutter-based offline-first study, bus ticketing, and expense-tracking applications. My work combines software engineering, NLP compliance scoring, data systems, and practical support for end users.
