In my most recent role as Studio Manager at Christie’s, I boosted studio efficiency by 30% by transforming workflows, mentoring designers, and delivering high-profile digital launches on time and at scale. I oversaw day-to-day studio operations across web, app and platform-led digital projects, coordinating multi-stream outputs and maintaining clear stakeholder communication with leadership and cross-functional partners.

Previously, as Head of Studio at Good-Loop, I led day-to-day studio operations and delivery of 60+ global advertising campaigns. I drove process improvements that reduced turnaround times by 40%, managed client portfolios and strategic briefings, and streamlined internal tools so teams could move faster while maintaining alignment and delivery risk control.

Before that, I delivered 30+ custom websites for e-commerce and branded clients, managing design, development, budgets, and timelines. I also founded and manage Design by Lola—handling Shopify-based product setup and operational workflows—and I bring practical AI-assisted workflows (including ChatGPT and Claude) to identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
