I've spent 25+ years leading creative services, client delivery and studio operations across agency environments.

At MadeBrave, I direct delivery standards, workflow, budgets and resourcing across a multi-disciplinary client roster including Bank of Scotland, Firstbus, Velux, Medtronic, Diageo and Tunnock's. I protect creative quality and client trust by resolving delivery risks before they reach the client.

Previously at Frame Agency, I led creative services and studio delivery for a team of 80+ across creative, artwork, production and support functions. I managed high-volume, multi-channel campaigns for clients including VisitScotland, RBS, ScotRail and Subway, with accountability for supplier costs, budgets and delivery timelines.

I've also led campaign management and traffic at STV Creative, managing regulated broadcast and digital delivery. I build practical processes, clear governance and scalable ways of working that help teams deliver strong creative work on time and on budget.
