What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote-ready product work where I can own research-to-delivery, simplify high-stakes systems, and collaborate asynchronously across fintech, GovTech, or insurtech teams.

I've led UI/UX work for CONFORM (CIDB), Ouch! Digital Takaful, RT Progresif, and Biro Pengaduan Awam, simplifying complex approval, certification, and public-service workflows into clear digital systems. My work spans research, data lifecycle mapping, user flows, interfaces, and delivery coordination.

I also founded BIKIN, an independent editorial practice that helps senior leaders find and publish their authentic voice. That interview-led discipline shapes how I approach user research and content design: get to what is actually true before designing the solution.
