I troubleshoot Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager, Jira, SSO/SAML, permissions, data synchronization, asset workflows, and lifecycle operations. I use logs, API responses, Postman, JSON, browser troubleshooting, and request/response analysis to identify root causes and deliver resolutions or workarounds.

Previously at MSG91, I supported email delivery, messaging, and API-based solutions, resolving 20–25+ daily technical issues and helping reduce repeat issues by approximately 15% through troubleshooting documentation and knowledge sharing.

My background also includes high-volume customer support, escalation management, content moderation, and customer-facing technical guidance. I collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams, create detailed Jira tickets and bug reports, and mentor new team members through onboarding support.
