Jenn Eamon

I’ve provided nursing, respite, and disability support through Private Respite Services, The Ottawa Rotary Home, Community Living Dundas County, and educational settings. My work supports children and adults with complex medical, developmental, behavioural, and mental health needs.

I coordinate individualized care, navigate resources with families, document services and incidents, and work closely with healthcare providers, educators, and community partners. I use person-centred approaches, behaviour support strategies, crisis intervention, and client advocacy to help people pursue their goals.

As an Educational Assistant with the Upper Canada District School Board, I support students' social, life, and learning skills while helping implement individualized education and behaviour plans.

I've also led community programs and volunteer initiatives through Girl Guides of Canada, the Morrisburg & District Skating Club, school council, and LGBTQIA+ advocacy. I'm recognized for community leadership and inclusive advocacy through the 2024 Community Builder Award and 2026 Silver Guider Award.
