What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a permanent, fully remote administration, order processing, data entry or operations-support role. I'm available to work remotely from South Africa and am comfortable with UK-hours schedules.

At SPAR PLATTEKLOOF, I managed daily coffee shop operations in a busy retail environment for 11 years. I coordinated staff and workflow, maintained service and quality standards, and handled customer queries and day-to-day operational issues.
