What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support sales, customer service, administration, stock coordination, and operational reporting while contributing to team targets and building strong customer relationships.

I've supported The Mattress Warehouse with more than R100,000 in monthly sales, a 5% sales increase within my first month, and the branch's first R960,000 monthly target under new management.

In my current junior administrative role, I reconcile nationwide transactions, coordinate payments, reports, returns, exchanges, deliveries, stock, and customer-care support. I also assist Coastal and Gauteng online teams and help process sales nationwide.

Previously, I built client rapport and coordinated customer orders, documentation, Zoom meetings, travel requirements, and departmental communication at AR Industrial.

My experience also includes teaching English and literature in Maputo and managing library operations at Stella Adler Studio of Acting, where I supported actors, maintained systems, catalogued materials, and prepared event materials.
