What I'm looking for

I’m looking to contribute my IT support, system administration, networking, and digital learning skills in a dynamic environment that values efficient operations, innovative digital solutions, and professional growth.

At Kabarak University’s Open, Distance and e-Learning Department, I create and allocate Moodle courses, manage student accounts, and digitize learning content. I designed four Moodle course pages, developed interactive H5P activities, and supported lecturers and students with access, navigation, and technical issues.

I also supported Nakuru County Government’s ICT Department by configuring computers and peripherals, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, tracking ICT assets, and digitizing official documents. I bring a customer-focused approach to efficient IT operations and accessible digital learning resources.
