At NetApp India Pvt. Ltd., I supported product planning for enterprise storage products by gathering requirements and evaluating customer workflows. I also took part in customer discussions and technical reviews to understand implementation challenges and adoption barriers.
I conducted competitive analysis of enterprise data protection and disaster recovery solutions, identifying product differentiators and positioning opportunities. I also developed a 60-page technical deployment guide covering configuration workflows, operational validation, and recovery procedures.
I built an interactive Total Cost of Ownership calculator prototype using Excel and Cursor, allowing users to estimate licensing, infrastructure, and cloud costs from deployment parameters.
At Quantiphi Analytics, I developed Bash scripts for network troubleshooting and automation and used Git-based version control. In personal projects, I built a Unix-like shell in C++ and Linux, and developed a URL Shortening Service with REST APIs, Redis, and Docker Compose.
