I've redesigned the Gospel Library Notebooks workflow in Figma, clarifying descriptions and feedback messages using customer journey map insights.
For a 14-week Brightspace Pulse mobile app redesign, I led six designers through Goal-Directed Design research, user interviews, and usability testing. I translated design principles and user feedback into decisions that earned positive reviews.
At Fernhead Publishing, I format book layouts in Adobe InDesign, manage copyright and resource information, and prepare PDF, .mobi, and .epub files for distribution. I also collaborated with authors on a children's book that earned 16 five-star Amazon reviews.
