At BNKR Coffee Network, I coordinated day-to-day operations, multi-shift scheduling, and task execution across three coffee shop locations. I supported a team of baristas and kitchen staff while monitoring work against sales targets and operational plans.

I built a KPI analytics system and automated reporting in Google Sheets to track average check, transaction count, and sales, cutting the time spent preparing performance reports. I also developed standardized procedures and management systems across the locations.

I created training materials and onboarded and trained five new employees. Earlier, at Ratto Bistro and BNKR Coffee, I handled barista work alongside POS operations, guest service, order management, and delivery-platform logistics.
