At JELD-WEN, I administer 3GTMS for transportation operations across 19 manufacturing facilities, connecting Logistics, Operations, IT, ERP teams, carriers, and 3PL providers. I lead system enhancements, production support, user administration, and workflow improvements.
I've planned and deployed API and EDI integrations between ERP, TMS, carriers, and 3PLs, replacing manual CSV exchanges with automated data flows. I also led a 3PL implementation and transition back to internal transportation planning, restoring ERP-to-TMS integrations and improving transportation workflows.
Previously, at Columbia Forest Products, I led logistics improvement initiatives that generated approximately $700K in annual savings and implemented an enterprise ERP solution for logistics.
