I’m looking to grow as a Logistics Director where I can lead cross-functional teams, modernize TMS/ERP, and use KPI dashboards to drive transportation efficiency, global trade compliance, and sustainable cost reduction.

I’m a logistics leader with extensive experience in supply chain strategy, transportation management, and global logistics. I’ve led enterprise transportation operations supporting $30M+ annual freight spend across multiple freight modes while optimizing efficiency and driving measurable cost reductions.

I designed and implemented TMS infrastructure capable of processing 5,000–8,000 transportation invoices, and I built customized Power BI dashboards for real-time KPI visibility and freight analytics. I also spearheaded migration from Oracle ERP to Epicor Kinetic ERP to improve scalability, reporting visibility, and cross-functional integration.

Across global trade compliance and operational excellence, I’ve strengthened import/export execution, implemented Descartes visual compliance systems, and partnered with a customs broker to recover tens of thousands of dollars through duty drawback. Earlier in my career, I led multi-unit operations with 40+ employees, improving controllable profit by 12% and delivering strong safety and operational performance.
