At INTEGRITY COMMUNICATION SOLUTIONS, I drove a scaled Agile transformation for a complex system-of-systems contract, uniting 14 product teams through transparent workflows and the Atlassian Tool Suite. I also designed the agile coordinator role and partnered with corporate leaders to document and roll out company policy.
At L3HARRIS, I launched and led the Colorado Springs Lean Agile Center of Excellence and facilitated 12 PI Planning Events for C2 Data Systems. Earlier, I supported three development teams as Scrum Master II at FEDEX SERVICES and helped deliver Walmart Technology’s Next Generation software ahead of an accelerated timeline.
