I've led Agile delivery and transformation for OPM's USAJOBS and Scholarship for Service platforms at Raye IT Consulting, and for VA and OPM clients at Oddball.io. I facilitate SAFe PI Planning, feature mapping, roadmap prioritization, dependency management, and delivery reporting that connects leadership vision to execution.
Previously, I established an Agile Center of Excellence at Mortgage Connect, enabled SAFe 5.0 delivery at The Hartford, and modernized global franchise platforms at Subway using Azure B2C. I began as a software engineer, introduced CI/CD and SAFe practices across engineering teams, and authored Practical Scrum – A User's Guide.
