I seek roles where I can apply healthcare operations and training experience, improve processes, coach teams, and deliver excellent patient or guest service within a collaborative, stable organization.

I am currently a Grievance Analyst at CVS Caremark, where I review calls for Medicare D patients, determine whether issues qualify as true grievances, and forward cases to grievance teams for resolution. I focus on accurate call review and clear case handoffs to address member dissatisfaction.

Previously I served as a Merchandise Coordinator at Walt Disney World Resort, leading and coaching Cast members across Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Disney Springs. I was selected for opening teams (Marketplace Co‑Op and Shop Disney Parks), served as a Core Trainer, and earned two Cast Member Quarterly Awards for my contributions.

Earlier, I worked in healthcare operations including a Patient Business Representative role at AdventHealth Sports Med Rehab, where I handled scheduling, referrals, authorizations, Cerner registration, Phreesia check‑in reminders, and end‑of‑day cash reconciliation. Prior to moving to Florida I spent 35 years in the medical field in roles such as surgical scheduler, medical records technician, receptionist, and office lead, opening and training new offices.

I bring strong customer service, training, and operational skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Cerner, and Phreesia, plus practical knowledge of safety protocols and MSDS. I am pragmatic, detail oriented, and committed to improving processes and coaching teams to deliver exceptional patient and guest experiences.
