I’ve spent 10+ years in healthcare revenue cycle operations at CG Healthcare, promoted four times from Charge Poster to Assistant Billing Manager.
In my current role, I lead, coach, and mentor a team of 16 billing professionals and oversee revenue cycle operations for four client accounts across Primary Care, Outpatient Surgery, Podiatry, and other specialties.
I’m the primary liaison for assigned clients—resolving complex billing and operational issues, assigning daily workloads, prioritizing workflow, and coordinating staffing adjustments as needed.
I’ve also worked on automation, collaborating with Navidius to develop an automated payment posting bot, and I led billing operations for a seven-location urgent care client during the COVID-19 pandemic.
