Lindsey User

I’m a freelance Web and UX Designer who blends hands-on UX work with analytics to improve how people find, understand, and use products. From “User research” and “KPI Monitoring” to iterating layouts and digital content, I focus on turning feedback into measurable improvements and stakeholder-ready reporting.

In recent projects, I supported a Salesforce-based property management system by conducting user research and building “reports and dashboards” for real-time “property occupancy, maintenance requests, and other key metrics.” I’ve also developed an automated forecasting solution in Google Sheets, identified operational bottlenecks, and led UX research activities such as usability testing, audience persona development, and analyzing task flows. I bring strong “organizational, problem-solving, and client service skills,” and I’m excited to continue combining UX design with data analytics, process improvement, and clear communication.
