At Henry Ford Health, I supported supervised cardiac rehabilitation exercise sessions alongside exercise physiologists. I monitored patient vitals, exercise tolerance, and safety while helping patients build confidence and adherence.
I'm completing a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science at Spring Arbor University, with a minor in Psychology focused on Trauma, Growth and Development and a 3.8 cumulative GPA.
