What I'm looking for
I am an aspiring exercise physiologist completing a B.S. in Kinesiology at the University of Central Florida, with hands-on research experience in resting metabolic rate assessment and the influence of the menstrual cycle on recovery. I bring practical skills in body composition testing, indirect calorimetry, and functional performance testing, paired with certifications in Basic Life Support (CPR and AED).
I have supported athletic training, physical therapy, and community recreation through volunteer and work roles, supervising youth, assisting patient care, and leading recreational activities. I am motivated to apply research-backed exercise interventions and strong interpersonal skills to roles in clinical exercise physiology, strength & conditioning, or rehabilitation settings.
