I’m looking for a team where I can lead with strategy but stay hands-on—driving web and microservices architecture, strengthening security, and mentoring engineers to deliver high-quality products with measurable performance.

I’m a Director of Software Engineering who leads engineering teams through significant growth and evolution. Even in an elevated role, I stay deeply involved in day-to-day operations through code reviews, technical guidance, and mentoring.

Over the years, I’ve shaped products and platforms—introducing endpoints control, implementing cybersecurity training initiatives, and developing the Origin platform. I streamline creative building and analytics while building a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

My leadership is hands-on: I architect complex systems, troubleshoot challenging issues, and influence technology choices such as Laravel, Angular, Vue.js, React, and InfernoJS. I’ve also delivered microservices work (AWS Cognito authentication, RESTful APIs for a Mailroom Microservice, and a Stripe-based payment service) and led project governance with portfolio tracking, budget control, and performance indicators.
