What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote Data Entry, Virtual Assistant, or Administrative Support role where I can use my customer service and problem-solving experience while developing my computer and software testing skills.

I've run a customer-focused car wash business, where I communicate with customers, coordinate bookings, process card payments, and resolve day-to-day issues.

I work independently, manage daily responsibilities, and maintain positive relationships with returning customers. I'm comfortable following structured processes and learning new systems.

I'm currently studying software testing while building my skills in data entry, administrative support, email, internet research, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
