I’m looking for a role where I can moderate or support online communities, resolve user issues calmly, and keep a positive environment. I want a fast-paced team that values clear communication, professionalism, and steady problem solving.

I’m a Community Moderator and Customer Support Specialist based in Turkey, passionate about keeping online spaces positive, organized, and respectful. I communicate professionally with users and work to maintain a constructive environment.

In my most recent role, I moderated online communities and resolved conflicts calmly. I managed multiple tasks in fast-paced online spaces, while keeping strong communication standards and handling user needs efficiently.

Earlier, I worked as a Survey Research Assistant at NAVIE Research, where I conducted surveys, interacted with participants professionally, and collected accurate information with strong attention to detail. I also adapted quickly to changing tasks and deadlines, collaborating through a team-focused environment.
