I’m a talent acquisition and executive search professional with 6+ years of experience recruiting senior finance talent across APAC, UK and US markets. I bring full-cycle recruitment expertise built across demanding financial services mandates, translating smoothly into European and global in-house environments.

My native English and Cantonese, near-native French, and working Mandarin create an immediate edge in international and APAC-facing TA teams. I’m known for structured, competency-based interviewing, sharp candidate assessment, and stakeholder advisory grounded in talent market realities.

Most recently, I’m returning to corporate employment after maternity leave (first child born Aug 2025). During my relocation period, I stayed active through professional development, and I’m currently pursuing AI literacy training (Anthropic Academy, 2026).

Before that, I served as Associate Director — Executive Search at Wellesley Partners (Jan 2017 – Jan 2021), managing 7+ active mandates while placing 20+ candidates from junior to senior levels. I also built market intelligence at Options Group as a Market Research Analyst, supporting 30+ roles with organisational charts, competitor intelligence, and pitchbooks.
