At Netsoft, I work as a Functional Consultant, connecting business needs with NetSuite solutions that work in day-to-day operations.
Previously at Active Cloud Solutions, I led NetSuite implementations, enhancements, and functional support. I translated business needs into detailed requirements, configured ERP modules, supported API integrations, documented BRDs and user stories, and followed testing through go-live.
I’ve also supported SaaS LMS customers at Mobiliza and delivered consultative technology solutions at Codeminer42. My work has included customer onboarding, technical support, root-cause analysis, product feedback, account management, proposals, and delivery prioritization.
At POSSIBLE, I coordinated large digital projects for Microsoft, Bayer, and Purina, aligning multidisciplinary technology and design teams around scope, deadlines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
