Customer support and e-commerce operations assistant who supported European customers and organized customer data for team use.
ChinaWhat I'm looking for
At Cross-border E-commerce, I supported mainly European customers through WhatsApp, responding to their questions and guiding product inquiries through to purchase. I also organized customer data by converting CSV files to VCF.
I analyzed user activity, inquiries, and retention across time periods to inform operations. This work helped me develop a clear, accurate written communication style for international customers.
At NetEaseYoudao, I worked as a Customer Service & Sales Intern (TMK), handling around 200 outbound customer conversations per day and achieving an approximately 50% conversion rate. I built personalized course plans around users’ learning goals and logged feedback to help refine call scripts.
I independently designed and built AIM, an iOS reminder and quote app with Live Activity, home-screen widgets, and StoreKit 2 subscriptions; it’s still in development and hasn’t been released on the App Store. I also built an IELTS vocabulary study app with 5,000+ words, and I run a WeChat Official Account where I plan and write original content.
