Leo Salvador Villareal

I’m a Registered Civil Engineer with 5+ years of experience across infrastructure and foundation construction, with a strong focus on estimating and quantity surveying. I support projects end-to-end by turning drawings and specifications into reliable quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for tender and budgeting.

In my most recent role, I prepared quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities for DPWH road and infrastructure projects valued at over ₱90 million. I review engineering, survey, and shop drawings to confirm quantities and spot scope discrepancies, and I evaluate variation orders and additional works to support accurate contract administration and cost recovery.

I also bring hands-on site execution experience from my previous position supervising bored pile foundation work and coordinating daily operations. I’ve prepared construction documentation, managed material and workforce scheduling, conducted surveying and layout verification with a Total Station, and supported reporting such as progress claims and accomplishment documents—so my estimating work is grounded in how projects actually run.
