What I'm looking for

I am looking for a technical role leading full-stack projects where I can build scalable enterprise solutions, mentor teams, work with modern stacks (Java/Angular), and solve integration challenges in a collaborative, growth-focused company.

I am a Full Stack Developer with around 5 years of professional experience building enterprise web applications across banking, insurance, and non-financial solutions. I hold an Honors degree in Business Studies and Computing Science and have completed multiple web development and Java certifications.

At FBC Holdings I have led development on several major projects, including the ZIMRA TaRMS In-Branch Solution, real-time monitoring tools, asset and procurement management systems, and document watermarking solutions, using technologies such as Angular, Java Spring Boot, MSSQL, Bootstrap, and Elasticsearch/Logstash/Kibana. I also led the User Creation and Employee Management system as an IT Graduate Trainee, demonstrating strong delivery and leadership on cross-functional solutions.

I bring solid full-stack engineering skills, a focus on integration and reliability, and a commitment to delivering scalable, maintainable systems. I seek roles where I can continue leading complex projects, mentor teammates, and drive impactful technical solutions.
