At Leon Automation (Prestigious Leon LLC), I designed and operate Pure.cr’s production n8n booking agent. It connects Instagram DMs to an OpenAI and Claude agent with live availability through the Smoobu API, serving 20+ properties and handling 20+ guest inquiries a day.
I also built event-driven integrations using webhooks and REST APIs, including WhatsApp sales alerts and lead logging in Google Sheets. My n8n lead qualification pipeline scores Instagram inquiries and sends qualified leads to Google Sheets CRM and Slack; I also built a WhatsApp sales agent with a product catalog and payment flow.
At HP Indigo, I translate customer and program requirements into system specs and own version control, release stability, and defect resolution for Focal Point. Earlier, I installed and commissioned digital presses at customer sites across Europe and investigated complex electromechanical failures with R&D.
