What I'm looking for

I’m looking to apply my technical and interpersonal skills in a professional environment—supporting customers, handling data entry and record keeping, and using Microsoft Office to keep work accurate and on time.

I’m a motivated and hardworking Computer Science student currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of Lusaka (UNILUS). I build confidence quickly with computer basics and internet usage, and I’m now focused on applying that knowledge in real workplace systems.

Through my work as a Customer Service Assistant at Kadesh Enterprises Limited, I assisted customers with inquiries and support while maintaining positive customer relationships. I also handled basic administrative and office duties, including data entry and record keeping, using computer applications for business operations.

I bring a dependable mix of interpersonal and technical strengths: English communication, teamwork, problem solving, and time management. I’m eager to apply my technical and interpersonal skills in a professional environment where I can contribute, learn, and grow.
