I’m looking for a Product Manager role where I can own Agile delivery, define user stories and APIs, and coordinate stakeholders to build enterprise integrations—especially in regulated financial contexts—while driving measurable improvements in stability, risk, and operational efficiency.

I’m a Product Manager with 10+ years delivering digital products, banking solutions, and enterprise integrations across financial services and other enterprise environments. I translate business needs into technical solutions, coordinate engineering teams, and keep delivery aligned with enterprise architecture and existing services.

I’ve led Agile product delivery using Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban), Product Ownership practices, and backlog prioritization—defining business solutions through functional requirements, technical specifications, and user stories with acceptance criteria. I validated REST and SOAP APIs using SoapUI to maximize Mainframe service reuse and reduce integration complexity.

My results include reducing Mainframe production incidents by 26% through Problem Management governance and standardized root cause analysis during the HSBC–Bradesco integration, and reducing machine availability losses by 60% after a production capacity study that identified 16 additional operators at América Latina Logística (ALL). I also led a technology risk workstream for HSBC–Bradesco data transfer governance and built VBA-based automation to improve operational efficiency.
