At Assist Point SAS, I designed and deployed AWS infrastructure for business services and international operations. I also built a secure Amazon EC2 proxy that gave authorized international users access to health applications with geographic restrictions.
I administered Ubuntu servers and configured VPCs, Security Groups, and Elastic IPs to support network connectivity and availability. I deployed Docker and Docker Compose services for centralized IT management through GLPI, and automated operational workflows with Python and Bash.
At Huawei Colombia, I handled incoming technical requests for mobile telecommunications, coordinating with client representatives and contractor technicians to diagnose and resolve on-site issues. Earlier, at Pensar Instituto Preuniversitario, I published the institutional website on AWS EC2 with Nginx and administered Linux servers hosting web applications.
