At USCG, I build and maintain business-critical Java applications using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Oracle, and AWS services including Lambda, SQS, SNS, RDS, and Step Functions.
I've redesigned SQL queries and implemented indexes to reduce report execution times from minutes to seconds, while creating PL/SQL procedures, triggers, data migrations, and Hibernate-based database integrations. I also develop JUnit tests, support event-driven workflows, and contribute to reliable cloud-native services.
I collaborate in Agile Scrum teams through sprint planning, code reviews, and daily standups, while mentoring junior developers and documenting technical decisions. I'm continuing my analytics education at Georgia Tech and hold CompTIA Security+ certification.
