What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build practical AI agent and automation solutions that connect WhatsApp, business data, APIs, knowledge bases, and human workflows to improve sales, support, and operations.

I've built WhatsApp-based AI sales and support solutions for Delta Pharmaceuticals, Sprint Couriers, Autoworld Botswana, Motovac Spares Botswana, Bryte Insurance Botswana, and customs-clearing workflows across Southern Africa.

Through Goodwill AI Automation, I design production-oriented conversational systems connecting business data, knowledge bases, APIs, dashboards, and human takeover. My work includes pharmacy ordering across roughly 50,000 products, live parcel tracking and pricing, multi-branch spare-parts support, insurance claim initiation, and customs-duty guidance.

I build with Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, RAG, Supabase, n8n, WhatsApp Cloud API, webhooks, Next.js, React, Vercel, and structured operational data.
