I produce offline closed captions and live event captions for television broadcasters across New Zealand, including Olympics, sports, and news coverage.
Previously, I led UX design at Cornerstone and created customer-centric digital solutions at Auckland Council, from public websites and kiosks to mobile apps and festival sites. I managed a pattern library based on Atomic Design, tested WCAG 2.0 and semantic HTML/CSS standards, and mentored graduates and junior staff.
I’ve also built and developed the Pacific Music Awards website for a decade, designed interfaces and web experiences, and worked in front-end development using HTML, CSS, LESS, JavaScript, and jQuery. I’m particularly passionate about accessibility, usability, minimalist design, and all things web related.
