What I'm looking for
I’m a Senior People Leader with experience supporting multi-country workforces through rapid growth, acquisition, and organisational change across the UK and international markets. I build and lead end-to-end People functions spanning partnering, operations, employee relations, and compliance in PE-backed and regulated environments.
As a trusted advisor to CEOs and executive teams, I shape workforce strategy, organisational design, and leadership capability with commercial pragmatism and strong employment law expertise. I’m known for translating complex, multi-jurisdiction requirements into scalable, compliant ways of working.
Most recently, I’m partnering with senior leadership on workforce planning and capacity modelling, and leading implementation of integrated HRIS for performance, probation, and appraisal to improve workforce visibility and decision-making. I’ve also driven cross-border policy and compliance using EOR models (Deel) and contractor frameworks.
Earlier, I led a lean People function at Datapharm, improving onboarding and time-to-productivity while increasing engagement from -10 to +3. I’ve delivered large-scale post-acquisition integrations and TUPE/redundancy programmes, digitised HR processes to reduce administrative workload by 40%, and championed AI-enabled People transformation to improve efficiency.
