I’m an accomplished Media Executive and Content Operations Strategist with 10+ years of success leading editorial ecosystems, building scalable contributor networks, and shaping content and communications strategy across media, technology, and entertainment.

In my current role as Team Lead for Content Operations at Opera News Nigeria, I manage high-volume contributor workflows, designed editorial review pipelines, and run escalation systems for policy violations and misinformation. I also own contributor lifecycle execution—onboarding, education, rejection appeal resolution, and tiered performance tracking—while delivering quarterly performance analysis, writer surveys, and operational dashboards to guide decisions across teams.
