I’m a Network and Technical Operations Engineer with 6+ years of experience supporting Mauritius' national Safe City project, including the Intelligent Video Surveillance (IVS) infrastructure. At Mauritius Telecom, I contributed to large-scale system deployment, technical troubleshooting, commissioning, UAT, and ongoing operational support, coordinating with Mauritius Police Force, contractors, technical teams, and public authorities.
I also build practical automation and reporting solutions using Microsoft Excel/VBA and Python (pandas, NumPy, scripting, and REST API querying) to improve configuration validation, incident tracking, billing verification, and device status monitoring. I’ve supported functional testing for Facial Recognition (FR) and License Plate Recognition (LPR) features, evaluated digital watermark integrity across multi-vendor cameras and VMS, and contributed to ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 renewal activities for Mauritius Telecom Data Centers—while pursuing international remote opportunities in Technical Support, Technical Operations, Automation, Data Analysis, or Implementation Support.
