What I'm looking for

I'm seeking to apply my analytical, organizational, and cross-functional communication skills in an HR or Business Analyst role.

At Field Technology Development Partners Nigeria LTD, I manage statutory compliance filings under Nigerian and Kenyan labour law and support HR across recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

I built and maintain an Excel-based statutory compliance tracker spanning multiple states and jurisdictions, which I use to generate quarterly reports for Management. I also support corporate governance across operations in Rwanda, Senegal, Germany, Kenya, and Nigeria.

Earlier, as an Administrative Intern (NYSC) at Field Technology Development Partners Nigeria Ltd, I handled compliance filings, monitored governance documentation, and supported hiring and offboarding. My legal experience includes drafting documents and compliance reports at Roland Otaru SAN & Co. and conducting research at Rivers State High Court.
