I have spent my career at First National Bank of Namibia building integrated Human Capital solutions that help business units perform. As a Human Capital Business Partner, I support employee wellness and wellbeing, manage and monitor wellness referrals, and deliver employee counselling across trauma, stress, and personal challenges.

I also lead people processes that translate strategy into action: performance management, recruitment and selection, transformation and change management, employee engagement, and employee relations. I facilitate BCTWF action plan activities and contribute to organizational effectiveness and learning initiatives that strengthen capability over time.

I bring a strong focus on development and growth, combining learning and development, career guidance, and talent management with succession planning to help teams and leaders move forward with confidence. With an MBA and a background in Industrial Psychology and Psychology, I bring both structured thinking and a caring, relationship-driven approach to achieving objectives.
