At Banco Popular Dominicano, I built a digital debit card lifecycle microservice and delivered backend integrations for Apple Pay, PayPal, and Click to Pay. The work covered card provisioning, tokenization flows, and payment-network compliance controls.
I also designed a Debezium and Kafka change-data-capture pipeline feeding financial dashboards across 11M+ transaction records. At the same bank, I built a BeyondTrust PAM credential-rotation library and migrated access paths to non-blocking I/O.
For interbank payments, I designed a Google Cloud Storage ecosystem with Apache Camel orchestration, batch processing, and reconciliation, and automated a regulatory ACH compliance file. I also contributed to modernization spanning Java 21, IBM MQ, and AS/400 integration.
Before Banco Popular Dominicano, I led a backoffice migration at Grupo Ramos from a legacy PHP monolith to Node.js and Express.js. At Progressa Corporate Group, I built GCP-backed Python services for electronic invoicing and developed custom Odoo modules.
