I'm building and maintaining .NET microservices for high-concurrency tax systems at Dirección General de Impuestos Internos (DGII), using RabbitMQ for asynchronous communication and optimizing SQL queries in high-load environments.
Previously, I developed .NET Framework and .NET 6 modules at Ministerio Administrativo de la Presidencia and built REST services with Java 8/11 and Spring at Ministerio de Hacienda.
I work with Azure, Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, Docker, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, and Scrum practices, with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainable backend systems.
