Leah Broadby
@leahbroadby
I improve language quality through editing, Korean translation, UX research, and AI evaluation.
What I'm looking for
I've spent most of my working life helping people communicate more clearly, editing academic and government materials, translating Korean to English, and supporting universities, businesses, and postgraduate researchers.
My freelance work has included a monthly Catholic university newsletter, Buddhist university editing and translation, government publications, television documentary subtitles, and poetry for publication. I’ve also taught English in South Korea and Australia across one-to-one, group, and company classes.
More recently, I’ve contributed detailed written feedback through user research and usability studies while building experience in AI evaluation, Maps relevance rating, prototype testing, and language quality assessment. I bring cross-cultural experience, strong written English, and the ability to learn unfamiliar subjects quickly.
