Led a 12-person social media editorial team as Duty Editor, directing daily content decisions and publishing schedules across Instagram and TikTok. Hosted and produced live news broadcasts for national radio and originated an award-nominated constructive-journalism video project.

Relaunched the university's student magazine after it had gone dormant, rebuilding it into an active publication. Oversaw end-to-end editorial production, coordinating story ideas from a volunteer network of student contributors and mentoring first-time writers.

Delivered lectures and exam-preparation guidance to undergraduate students and marked written assignments. Selected by faculty to train fellow students in Adobe Creative Cloud beyond the standard scope of the role.

Filed daily local news stories under continuous same-day deadlines in a fast-paced regional newsroom. Reported longer-form feature pieces and trained in front-page layout and editing, contributing to print production.

Given head responsibility for the English-language book section, including stock ordering based on market trend tracking. Built a foundation in customer service, cross-selling and storytelling across three years in the role.

Currently pursuing a Master of Creative Writing, expected to complete in 2027.
