At We Build AI Systems, I created BOSAI, a five-phase framework for deciding which business tasks should be automated, delegated, or kept by the founder. I turn client discovery into system maps, SOPs, and build specs for AI workflows.
I co-founded 2xYou Executive Services, a remote executive assistant placement agency that grew from zero to 100+ clients, with a team of 70+ people at peak. I owned hiring, onboarding, training, and service delivery, and introduced AI tools and automations into internal operations.
At BLVNP Incorporated (TypeWriter Pub), I run publishing operations, book launch processes, and marketing systems. I also teach founders, executive assistants, and operations teams to use AI in daily work through workshops, keynotes, and the AIVA community.
